Colleen has not only helped me heal and build my strength, she has put the sparkle back in my eye because I have hope for a future where I am not a prisoner of pain. She is brilliant with body work and the most educated physical therapist I have worked with. After two hip surgeries, spinal surgery, and decades of pain I thought I would be broken forever. Colleen has taught me how to connect with corrective movements along with my homework exercises that target short term solutions and long term relief. My whole life has changed. After working with Colleen I am doing the things I love again. She teaches your mind and body how to correctly work together to maintain the relief from her hands on work. I told her after our session today – if I were a millionaire, I would pay her a million dollars to feel this good.

Colleen has greatly impressed me with her knowledge and insight. She has changed the way I think about PT because it is unlike any other I have experienced before. I was suffering from knee pain and was unable to run. It was surprising to me that the issue was in my ankle, and after one session – running for the first time felt like bliss.
